Mission:
To build awareness and mobilizing the community people for gender mainstreaming in decision making process, partnership in development activities and opportunities and women’s access to social justice and opportunities and nursing the children for promotion of child rights and meaningful children development and to strengthen the capacity of community people in disaster risk management and risk reduction initiatives and building adaptation capacity of vulnerable people with priority to women, children, disable people.
Vision:
A discrimination free community where social justice, rule of law and gender equity prevails, children are developed in a friendly atmosphere and where human rights established, basic needs of the people fulfilled, democracy institutionalized. And a community where people are capable to reduce vulnerability due to effects of natural calamity, human induced all hazards to a manageable and acceptable humanitarian level.
